Based in Grantham in the East Midlands, Daneplast are a plastic injection moulding and tool making company. Established in 1988, we have grown expectationally into the company we are today. Specialising in the supply of point of sale goods for a variety of industries. We are able to fulfill orders of 100 to 100,000 parts. We are able to offer our customers a fast turnaround as we operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week over 3 shift patterns. We use 21 injection-moulding machines with capacities of 50 to 1000 tonnes to ensure orders are completed quickly and cost effectively.

Cosmetics - Point of Sale Products

At Daneplast we are able to provide all types of plastic injection mouldings for a range of projects. We often work with clients that require point of sale injection mouldings specifically for the cosmetic industry. We are able to advise our clients on each stage of the production and can help them create an eye-catching design. We are also able to offer advice on whether a steel or aluminum moulding tool is most suitable as a base material. Our facility in the East Midlands has a moulding capacity ranging from 50 to 1,000 tonnes which allows us to make mould parts weighing anything from 3-4 grams right up to larger parts of 4kg.

Confectionery - Point of Sale Products

Daneplast work closely with our clients and out customer base comes from a wide cross section of industries. One of our many specialties is point of sale displays for the confectionary marker. We always go through a thorough consultation with our clients to make sure we have understood their exact requirements. We can work from CAD drawings or produce our own in-house drawings, which we will email to our clients for approval. Daneplast plan the most cost effective way to produce your injection plastic mould tool. We manufacture, assemble and finish our injection moulds in house. Our skilled team take the utmost care in ensuring they each item we produce is finished to the highest standard. We will then package and distribute your production or arrange for a suitable collection time

Injection Moulded Betting Shop Products

We do a great deal of work with betting shops. Daneplast our proud to be associated with some of the top names in the betting industry including, William Hill, Coral and Mark Jarvis. These companies use our injection moulding products for display stands, penholders, betting shop holders and poster holders. We can also supply ‘off the shelf’ point of sale products and betting shop stands. We would also be happy to talk to you about your bespoke designs that can be used to really make your offers and promotions stand out.

Bespoke Design

We enjoy working with clients on their design ideas and can often create truly bespoke items. We can work from your own drawings or come up with a design for you in house from your brief. We are also able to create prototypes of your design where necessary. We have over 21 years experience in the industry, combined with a highly trained workforce and a well-equipped facility. We are able to work on all sizes of orders and we also offer a full tooling service. In addition we can provide heat bending, acrylic fabrication and hot foil blocking.
